Excellent view of the Chicago river, spacious room & bathroom, comfortable bed. Big fan.

On the 19th floor, it was very easy to hear the echoes of any loud conversations from the bar & restaurant area.

The rooms here are spacious and nicely decorated with super comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are spotless.

the breakfast was great and delicious and included in the rate. the room i booked was immaculate and quiet with amazing view and a couch, for example. location: the hotel was next to conveniences within easy walking distance, many attractions and the nightlife.

Great location,nice river view,clean room,available shop for the light breakfast on the first floor of the building,should provide more powerful hair dryer.

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable and gorgeous. The room is new-fashioned with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. It offers a beautiful view of the Chicago River and skyline. The location is magnificent and stunning, close to the hop on hop off bus tour stop. It is conveniently based near Elevated trains and main attractions.

It was conveniently located to all the downtown venues/ attractions/events

The concierge was not as informed as he could have been. The front desk staff on check-out was not real friendly and distracted with talking to the other desk clerks as it was not too busy.

I loved the room. It was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable.

I went swimming in the pool with the kids. It was very very cold. We all had to jump into the bathtub when we got back because we were so cold. Also they had no towels in the pool area. So we were walking through the hotel dripping wet. They also did not have a hot tub.

The location is marvelous, right in the heart of downtown Chicago. The rooms are attractive and absolutely fabulous. The staff at the reception desk and concierge are wonderful. The food options are awesome.

Nice hotel located in a great area next to the common areas like hallways. Wonderful and amazing personnel at the reception desk and concierge and quite comfortable facilities.

Our stay at Holiday Inn,River mart Plaza was quite cozy and comfortable.However, I did not approve debitting USD 100 as a deposit.This is not acceptable. It was not ratinally explained.Now ithat I left the hotel on 29th May,it should have been debited to my account immediately, but it is still not done.It left a bad taste in my mouth.

The room had double beds, a pull-out couch, and a towel. There was a wide selection of delicious breakfast options. Private parking on site. The staff was amazing and offered free wake-up calls and ironing services.

The concierge was so helpful.

I thought the pricing of the food offered was excessive for a breakfast meal. My dinner at Miller's Pub for prime rib was a better value. We opted to eat breakfast elsewhere.

There were cabs available for transport.

The pool was great, there is on-site parking available, rooms come with a pull-out couch, lobby is clean and they serve a particularly good breakfast.

The view of the river and city from my room on the 15th floor was outstanding. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The bar allowed us to eat dinner from the restaurant menu and again the view was wonderful. Very enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

In the afternoon when we took an hour rest in our room one of the staff knocked on the door and without waiting unlocked it and came in to see if we needed anything. We wondered what she would have done if we had been gone. Or, what if a guest had been nude or in some sort of compromised position. Not a good idea to just walk in! We called the desk and let them know. They assured us she was to have waited for us to answer the door or not come in. They also asked our room number and said they would talk with her. We were satisfied. It would have been nice to have a breakfast included with the room cost.
